**Solar Engineer**

**SUMMARY**:
Our client is an end-to-end clean energy solutions provider established in 2016 specialising in the design and development of renewable systems and technologies. Through industrial expertise and innovation, the company aims to catalyse the decarbonisation of the energy sector and empower government and corporate partners to achieve their sustainability targets.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Develop design specification and functional requirements for projects.
-Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
-Review and approve engineering drawing submissions.
-Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements.
-Preparation of tender documents.
-Monitor and evaluate project progress on various projects.
-Review the test results of solar PV and grounding systems.
-Work with various authorities and professional engineers to support project-related approvals.
-Coordination with vendors/suppliers, subcontractors and clients throughout project development and implementation.
-Conduct quality checks at project sites to ensure installation works follow project plans and commercial requirements.
-Skills of troubleshooting for Low Voltage system.
-Any other assignments given occasionally or daily by the immediate Superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**: -At least 2 years working experience in relevant field.
-Familiar with solar industry would be an added advantage.
-Solar Design capabilities would be added advantage.
-Having knowledge of Battery System (BESS) would be preferred.
-Ability to organize and prioritize their own time and schedule
-Advanced skills in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Outlook)
-Proficient at reading and interpreting architectural drawings, good working knowledge of contract law.
-Passion for solar PV and a desire to develop new services in the solar market utilizing new innovative technology.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
