**About the role**:
In this position, you will be leading a team of product managers in charge of product development and management for a portfolio of data centres in Singapore (currently 7) and in the region. You will be responsible for the overview of the team’s product strategies and lifecycle management for data centre services as well as direct management of some local data centres. You will need to review product features, schemes, processes and policies for all local data centres to ensure internal alignment.
You will also be responsible for the business and financial analysis to develop and support business cases and budget, fronting the management in the capacity of data centre product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the product management team to drive data centre product development and management.
- Oversee development of product strategies and life cycle management for data centre services.
- Drive product revenue and market share growth.
- Manage and optimise cost to ensure competitiveness and improve profitability.
- Develop and review product features, schemes, processes and policies.
- Establish and manage partnerships with key business and technology partners.
- Work with engineering team on the development and enhancement of the product roadmaps.
- Conduct business and financial analysis to develop and support business cases and budgets.
- Product manager must have savviness to understand the technology and come up with business solutions. Commercial positioning and working out financials and feasibility studies to work out a business case.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with at least 10 years of relevant working experience
- CDCP/CDCS, ITIL and PMP Certification
- Knowledge in financial management and DC operation
- Strong negotiation and people management skills
