We are looking for a Business & Market Intelligence Associate/Senior Associate to join our team. The data analytics and market intel team plays a key role in empowering TiffinLabs’ data-driven decision-making strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and partner with business teams to translate business data requirements into tracking metrics or analysis designs
- Own business reporting workstream across geographies and work with relevant stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities, accuracy and utilization
- Liaise with data source owners to ensure up-to-date and timely availability of data and ensure compatibility for ingestion
- Building, automation and maintenance of performance and reporting dashboards
- Monitoring and optimizing reporting flow from back-end to front-end
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand business needs and challenges across the company from new market launch, product development, operations to marketing strategy
- Trusted partner with management team to find actionable insights from data to drive high impact business strategy
- Ownership on multiple work streams related to business intelligence projects to further build in-house capabilities of data analytics

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Engineering etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in data analyst/ business intelligence role
- Knowledge of good database design and data management practices
- Proficiency in technical skills with Python, R, SQL for data analysis and building of automated real-time dashboards and reports with dashboarding tools like Tableau and Data Studio
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong data sense
- Excellent problem-solving skills built on structured, logical and analytical thinking
- Strong communicator with ability to translate numbers to business stakeholders
- Self-directed, well-organized individual with ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Strong team player, able to collaborate across various stakeholders
- E-commerce and start-up experience a plus
