**JOB SCOPE**:
**The Opportunity**:

Applicants must have 1-2 years of management in an agency or related service business for PR, Marketing or media management. See below for further details.

**Client/Account Management**:

- Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, using the correct tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Excel) and with regard to client and agency needs/expectations.
- Manage contract deliverables, account schedule and budget and ensure account progress from goal and deliverables from conception to completion including change management.
- Have a working knowledge of the workflows for media liaison, associates management tools
- Guide teams on mitigating risks on projects/account
- Enforce quality control processes in each project/account

**Communication Management**:

- Be able to identify clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team mates and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary.
- Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus.
- Communicate implication to team and project of changed plans in an effective and timely manner.
- Escalate issues appropriately and professionally at all times; demonstrate good judgment during escalation process.
