Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Refine and upgrade the content safety system for globalised products, incorporating statistical modelling methods to construct an efficient decision-making system that quantifies business tradeoffs and establishes short-term and long-term objectives.
2. Gain an in-depth understanding of content safety and develop strategies through advanced data analysis and modelling, empowering various scenarios such as resource allocation, cost management, personnel management, output efficiency management, and output quality management. In addition, abstract reusable analytical methodologies and tools.
3. Collaborate closely with the global Trust and Safety team, proactively providing insights and recommendations, driving the implementation of data analysis value, and overseeing the macro direction of the business.

**Qualifications**:
What should I bring with me?
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in mathematics or statistics-related majors, with a solid foundation in statistical and data mining theories.
2. Proficient in data analysis and statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and Tableau.
3. Minimum of 5 years of data analysis experience, with a deep understanding of risks in globalised products.
4. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams, communicating across effectively and efficiently
5. Acute ability to grasp company product-related industry technology development trends, and possess strong macro analysis and decision-making capabilities.
6. Experience in platform content safety and large-scale outsourcing team data operations and coordination is preferred
