**CLASS 3/3A DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations at various job sites.
- Effective instruction and management of site supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.
- Help out with onsite work whenever necessary.
- Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
- Resolving all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
- Experience in client-facing roles would be preferred.
- **Must be able to work on weekends.**:

- **Must have class 3/3A driving license.**:

- Must be willing to get your hands dirty to do hands-on work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
