**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop Prompt based on LLM and optimize its effect in specific business areas.

2. Complete the architecture, design, development, and evaluation of Prompt based on user scenarios.

3. Systematically optimize, reorganize, and upgrade existing AI core modules.

4. Improve the domain capabilities of large language models, including but not limited to: private domain knowledge fusion, function call, multi-round dialogue management, logical reasoning, etc.

5. Track the progress of cutting-edge large models, participate in the selection of large language models, and help maintain the technical leadership of large language models.

6. Engineering feasibility assessment: Evaluate the data, computing power and other resources required for the deployment of large language models, and evaluate the feasibility of products or projects.

7. Participate in and host the team's core technical discussions and decisions, and provide professional advice and support for the progress of the project.

**Job requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science, artificial intelligence, natural language processing and other related majors.

3. Proficient in Java and Python programming languages, with strong architecture design capabilities and business abstraction capabilities.

4. Systematically master the relevant technologies of Prompt Engineering, have practical product development experience, and can quickly locate and solve practical problems.

5. Proficient in Multi-Agent frameworks such as AutoGen and MetaGPT, and have practical Multi-Agent architecture design experience.

6. Familiar with development tools such as LangChain, proficient in using platforms such as Dify and Coze, and have relevant development and tuning experience.

7. Excellent business model analysis, communication and document writing skills.

8. Excellent English reading and writing skills, fluent listening and speaking skills.

9. Preference is given to those with overseas study background.

10. Postgraduate degree is preferred.
