- Strategise App performance metrics for key Shopee pages and product lines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management) to drive implementations of App technical products and ensure projects are delivered timely with a high quality.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders on project deliverables.
- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis on the key App metrics.
- Define new metrics and establish the whole process from data acquisition to data analysis/visualisation, generate valuable business and technical insights.
- Regularly review and analyse users’ feedback, understand issues faced and define appropriate solutions for continuous App optimisation.
- Responsible for Shopee App’s overall efficiency, online performance and user experience.
- Implement process improvements and assist in the integration of complex business and technical considerations to meet long-term strategic planning objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field with more than 2 years working experience in a technical field.
- Strong analytical skills, able to understand complex issues and identify the root cause, capable of critical thinking and making data-driven decisions.
- Able to articulate and clearly communicate complex business or technical information in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
- Experience in creating detailed product requirement documents, functional specifications and other documentations.
- Strong ownership and team spirit.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment, respond to evolving priorities quickly and systematically.
- Well-versed in spoken and written English.
- Passionate about technology, understand its impact on business and society.
