This role is a rare opportunity to work alongside our Head Brewer and gain deep, hands-on experience in the world of craft brewing. Whether you’re fresh out of school or a homebrewer looking to take things to the next level, if you’re ready to work hard, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Day-to-Day)**
- **Wort Production** - Run brews on our 5hL steam-heated 2-vessel Brewhouse.
- **Fermentation Management** - Track fermentations, monitor dry-hopping, and keep the magic happening.
- **Packaging** - Keg and bottle filling with care and precision.
- **Cleaning & Sanitization** - CIP of fermenters, bright beer tanks, kegs, bottling line, and Brewhouse.
- **Beer Transfers** - Safely move beer, conduct final checks before packaging.
- **Quality Checks** - Gravity, CO₂ levels, and other key metrics to ensure quality.
- **Documentation** - Keep detailed brew sheets, fermentation logs, CIP records, and raw material receipts.
- **New Product Development** - Work with the Head Brewer on seasonal brews, collabs, and continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
