**Job Description**:
The Role:
The role of the Treasury Manager is predominantly to ensure sufficient liquidity for Toll. Cash projection and cash positioning are of key focus, together with the responsibility to negotiate and execute the appropriate financing plans, manage FX exposures and enforce proper segregation of duties within Toll Treasury.

As the Treasury Manager, you will:

- Ensure the quality of 5 days, 1 month, 3 months & 12 months cash forecasts and warns of liquidity risk situations.
- Responsible for analysing and reporting operating-activities, investing-activities and financing activities for the purpose of establishing the overall (net) change in cash-flow for a defined period.
- Execute financing plans in accordance with Group rules.
- Secure and enhance cash management processes (including payment security, ensuring that procedures are in place before payment to prevent fraud or errors (keeping of a register of signatures in accordance with bank powers of attorney, account opening and closing, selection and validation of means of payment, storage of check books, segregation of duties etc).
- Ensure hedging against currency and liquidity risk: detects and assesses currency risks and have them hedged in compliance with Group policy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in Treasury
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to influence others
- Demonstrated experience coordinating several projects simultaneously
- Sound problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
