**Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across our e-commerce platforms.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our two e-commerce stores, including product listing, pricing, promotions, and content creation.
Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales and conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, and customer service to develop and execute campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and sales.
Ensure that product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date across all channels.
Continuously monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Ensure that all orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, working closely with the logistics team.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
**Requirements:
Student from local universities in business, marketing, engineerings, or related fields.
Solid analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools and Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Familiar with project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
As we are also cat rescuers, applicants has to be comfortable with cats in the office :P
