**Job Description Summary**: As a Sr Director - Digital Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high performing team and overseeing strategic initiatives focused on the GEHC Intelligent automation, Equipment Data and support Over the Air updates for SAAS big rock capabilities. This role requires a blend of people leadership, Influential leadership, technical acumen, strategic thinking, program management and conflict management skills to drive significant outcomes using technology, systems, processes, and culture.
In this role, you will serves as central change agent for innovation including setting clear objectives, developing detail plan, ensuring stakeholder, risk & change management, ensuring quality assurance, establishing framework to monitor and measure performance & establishing effective communication plan aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead a high-performing team providing coaching, guidance with problem solving mindset.
- Lead the development and implementation of the transformation strategy, roadmap, and plans, in alignment with the organization's overall business goals and priorities for Over the Air (OTA) updates for SAAS big rock capabilities.
- Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for the innovation programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business stakeholders, center of excellence, extended IT teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment on digitalization and innovation strategies, including localization of AI solutions using digital twin concepts and Generative AI.
- Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and accountability frameworks to ensure effective oversight and management of the Innovation programs.
- Allocate resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support the execution of the program effectively.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the transformation program and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of the program, and regularly report on program performance to stakeholders with transparency, integrity & per expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from stakeholders, analyzing lessons learned, and incorporating best practices into future iterations of the transformation program.
**Required Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of Digital Technology (DT) professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting or implementation experience in leading cross functional DT initiatives for organizations
**Desired Characteristics**
- Prior experience in full time roles in functional organizations' - Commercial, SBU, Regions etc.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and drive alignment among diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques, with experience in assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and facilitating cultural change.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
- Ability to manage assignments with limited supervision.
- Excellent in stakeholder and change management.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
