**Assistant Finance Manager (Fixed Asset Management) - 1 year contract**

Our client is a well-known nature destination in Singapore. We are currently looking for a highly organized Assistant Manager, Finance (Fixed Asset Management) who will be supporting the Finance Team in Singapore and will be reporting to the Finance Manager.

**Main Duties**
- Business Partnering on assets management
- Ensure Month end closing for Fixed Assets
- Review and follow up with Asset-Under-Construction for timely asset capitalisation
- Support management and statutory reporting
- Assist in implementation of new asset tagging system
- Perform WBS Monitoring and creation of new WBS in SAP for new financial year
- Support annual budget and forecast updates
- Participate in reviewing finance processes and systems
- Support internal and external audits
- Undertake project initiatives and any other adhoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Atleast 3 years of relevant Fixed Asset Management working experience
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
