We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Executive Officer, Infrastructure Services to join our Infrastructure Operations team.

**What You'll Do**
- You will plan, deploy, maintain and manage data storage and maintenance solutions in 24X7X365 environment
- You will evaluate input and output for systems, as well as overall architecture, to recommend improvements
- You will design disaster recovery plans and enforce backup and archival procedures
- You will follow strict privacy regulations and ensure data storage is accessible to authorized personnel only
- You will document all aspects of Storage infrastructure and maintain knowledgebase and SOPs from which to address various issues/ projects and requests
- You will assist with maintenance tasks and backup activities to protect data integrity from corrupted information and data theft
- You will integrate storage metrics with new technologies to increase efficiency and are responsible for the daily administration of storage facilities
- You will serve as resource to other IT teams regarding network issues or impact of other systems changes on the network
- You will attend IT audits, provide explanations and propose corrective/preventive actions to auditors

**Who You Are**
- You will need a degree in Computer Science
- You will need minimum 3+ years of experience in experience in engineering or storage capacity management
- Detail-oriented and have in-depth knowledge in facilitating and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of data storage systems
- Team player with the ability to work effectively across teams within and outside Group IT including multiple third party vendors
- Experience in performing technical support at an enterprise level and across organization levels
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and procedures and accurately track and record issues and resolutions
