Responsibilities will include - Responsible for end-to-end software development and support. This will include pre-project initiation, impact analysis, functional specifications to development, implementation, testing and support.
- Responsible for the understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.
- Partner with various stakeholders (clients, suppliers) to understand the project requirements and provide thought leadership on solution and technology.
- Manage or lead a team of developers to implement solution that meet the stakeholder requirements and are in alignment with our business objectives
- Responsible for the understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.
- Should be hands on and unafraid to modify existing programs when required.
- Work closely with clients in all change requests, analyze and review enhancements for compatibility and adhere to operating guidelines.
- Work with various third parties to ensure product deliveries are timely and good quality.
- Manage and resolve development issues and escalation
- Communicate and seek concurrence to refine FSD where required.
- Manage budget coming from different projects.
- Ensure project documentation is done up in accordance to client standards
- Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support quality deliverables.
- Execute tasks related to project / change request / maintenance request
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies. Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new technologies and practices.

Skills & Experience requirement

**Skills & Experience**
- Functional knowledge in Card Ecosystem (Card acquisition, issuance, authorization, settlement, disputes, scheme compliance)
- Significant domain knowledge in Cards and Payments.
- Technically competent in COBOL, CICS, Batch and EZT programming
- Experienced in working with mainframe online related technologies including
- CICS/Online
- Message layer/API integration
- CICS Expediter
- Experience with Mainframe Batch Processing Enviornment JCL, JES2 Batch and VSAMGood working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
- Concise understanding of the system development life cycle
- Proven experience to project manage a team of developers and vendors in
- Good functional knowledge of cards to design and develop effective / efficient solutions in meeting business requirements
- Experience with large scale Cards migration on Cardlink will be advantageous
- Proven experience to project manage a team of developers and vendors in ensuring timely delivery of system enhancement of varying scales
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
