POSITION**:MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (SENIOR)
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for plant equipment's optimum condition and performance
- Responsible for plant equipment general preventive maintenance and ad-hoc maintenance
- To maintain and repair production line equipment and plant equipment; to optimum machinery operations efficiency and reduce machines downtime
- Co-ordinate very closely with Production Operations to perform repair/maintenance works at its optimum level
- Provide effective and timely engineering solutions for plant/equipment troubleshooting and failure root cause analysis
- Ensure all maintenance information ( e.g. fault reports ) is accurate and promptly updated and maintained
- Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Oversees repair and maintenance works
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize utilization of all resources and facilitate safe, smooth and effective execution and within the schedule
- Source and execute technical parts requirements, manage critical spare parts inventory and general spare parts ( local and overseas )
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors; e.g. improvement projects

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering field with 3 ~ 5 years' relevant experience in maintenance/technical preferably in a mid-heavy manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment
- Sound technical knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC systems
- Good experience in troubleshooting of Inverter/Converter, AC/DC motors, knowledge of electrical circuitry and control will be an advantage
- Prefer an engineer who is willing to hands-on, with electrical/electronic (priority) and mechanical training
- Possess experience and with a good sense of feel of imminent failure and take earlier preparation actions
- Have a strong sense of team spirit, good communications and interpersonal skills

Basic Salary : S$2,500 - S$3,500
