**Responsibilities**
Services Team providing professional wireless lighting control system integration offerings.

System Installation & Programming
- Install lighting control systems based on design specifications and project requirements.
- Set up wiring and connections for control panels, dimmers, sensors, and other components.
- Program and configure lighting control systems to achieve desired lighting effects, energy efficiency, and user preferences.
- Customize control interfaces such as touch panels, mobile apps, or computer software to facilitate user-friendly operation.

Testing and Commissioning
- Conduct thorough testing of the installed lighting control systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Address any issues or discrepancies identified during testing.
- Commission the system to ensure it meets performance and design specifications.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with lighting control systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure the continued reliability and performance of the system.
- Respond promptly to service calls and address issues in a timely manner.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, programming codes, and any modifications made during installation or maintenance.
- Provide documentation and training for end-users on how to operate and troubleshoot the lighting control system.

Customer Support:

- Provide technical support to end-users and address any inquiries or issues they may have.
- Offer recommendations for system upgrades or improvements based on evolving needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of Casambi lighting control system preferred.
- Proficiency in programming and configuring lighting control systems and/or lighting control protocols such as DMX, DALI, or proprietary protocols is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with lighting control systems.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during installation or maintenance.
- Precision and attention to detail are critical when installing and programming lighting control systems to ensure they function as intended.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients, understand their requirements, and provide ongoing support.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, industry standards, and advancements in lighting control systems.
