APAC Workplace Operations Lead
Work Dynamics

What this job involves
Build on the existing safety culture driving risk reduction, demonstrate a culture of care and be incident free
Drive the JLL HSSE program of “One Team - Safer Together”
Propagate the vested contract and relationship model
Continuously deliver a reliable and compliant workplace, ensuring it is fit for purpose for local business requirements
Lead APAC performance measurement program and secure client’s sign off
Assume Corrigo platform lead role, using data to drive operational excellence
Work with the APAC Account Lead, Client and Key Stakeholders in defining workplace strategies to support the concepts of Hub, Club, Home and Roam
Rollout key initiatives including but not limited to systems and data utilisation.
Work with the APAC Account Director and Finance Director to develop and manage budgets in conjunction with the site leads
Be a change champion in reducing the carbon footprint through energy efficiency and the adoption of renewable energies to achieve a target of net zero by 2030. Build, drive and report on initiatives to reduce waste, water and resources
Motivate our teams to deliver a workplace which inspires talent to succeed and nurtures their health and wellbeing
Collaborate with Site Managers/Subject Matter Experts (SME) work streams to support the delivery teams across the region
Ensure consistent reporting and coordination regionally
Support the APAC Account Director to drive and achieve goals and objectives including P&L, risk, energy targets and the account SLAs & KPIs
Be the escalation point of contact for any Workplace related issues, provide resources, and support in issue resolution
Assume responsibilities as identified and assigned by the APAC Account Director including leading focus groups comprising peers and colleagues on the account.

Senior Management Team Responsibilities

Desired skills and experience for this job
- Experience in a senior account leadership role having been responsible for complex account structures, running teams across multiple countries and/or multiple teams (ideally large country or small cross-country account experience, looking for next level of responsibility with a large, complex account)
Strong general management experience - minimum of 15 years in the business and operations and driving workplace experiences
Six Sigma & process re-engineering experience preferred
Proven track record in generating growth through business development
Has built, managed and led diverse and multifaceted teams to success
