In line with the KKMC Vision, this person will be accountable to the Pastor-in-Charge (PIC) for _Children's Ministry and Family Life Ministry.- Scope _& _Responsibilities _

**1) Children's Ministry**

a. To be a resource person and recommend, acquire and/or provide/develop resources/curriculum for this ministry.

b. To train and develop leaders, teachers and helpers, both new and current, for this ministry.

c. To provide pastoral care and counselling to the leaders and children when necessary.

d. To work with the parents and caregivers.

e. To work with the Pastoral Overseer and Church Leaders of this ministry for the godly and effective running and growth of this ministry.

**2) Family Life Ministry**

a. To organize and/or conduct talks, courses and workshops on issues related to Marriage, Parenting and Family Life (e.g. singlehood, care for Elderly parents, etc.)

b. To assist in the organization/conduct of the Marriage Preparation Class and the Marriage Enrichment Class.

c. To be a resource person and recommend, acquire and/or provide/develop resources/curriculum for this ministry.

d. To train and develop leaders, both new and current, for this ministry.

e. To work with the Pastoral Overseer and Church Leaders of this ministry for the godly and effective running and growth of this ministry.
