**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or relevant fields, with 3+ years of experience in user data analysis, user growth, or risk control. - Proficient in SQL, skilled in data analysis and modeling using R/Python. - Solid experience in user behaviour analysis, A/B testing, traffic analysis, and conversion rate optimisation, with hands-on project experience. - Excellent business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new business and technology challenges. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive. - Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and deep learning; experience in risk modeling or implementing user experience strategies. - Experience in global e-commerce, content commerce, or consumer internet products.
