Job Scope:
1. Assist in preparation of quotation, shipping documents, invoices, and other documentation.

2. Support monthly reportings.

3. Handle incoming calls

4. Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

5. Coordinate with various departments, i.e logistic and operations dept to ensure customer’s requirement are met.

Job requirement

1. Proficient in Microsoft office, administrative & accounting background.

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
