Singapore SIMULATION SOFTWARE & TECHNOLOGY (S2T) PTE. LTD. Full time

Conduct classroom teaching in an inclusive setting as a homeroom teacher.
- Conduct small group/ individual teaching sessions for children with learning difficulties.
- Design and execute lesson plans based on given syllabus and track progress of students and lessons.
- Prepare Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) for students.
- Review and development of the syllabus with school’s curriculum team.
- Proficiency in using educational technology.
- Communicate with parents.
- Work collaboratively in a team and participate in the wider school community.
- Create a safe, happy, interesting and lively classroom/s which promotes independence and joy of learning.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years relevant professional teaching experience
- Has relevant working experience with children/people with learning difficulties.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and sensitivity to the needs of a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Knowledge & skills to manage behavior through appropriate behavior intervention strategies.
- Knowledge of various types of disabilities (e.g., ASD, GDD, CP, Down syndrome, HI, VI)
- Knowledge, understanding and Writing of IEP (e.g., how to link the assessment to the development of an IEP).
