You will work closely with the leadership team, partner line divisions across the organisation and counterparts from other agencies to clearly define Singapore’s land transport ecosystem vision with measurable outcomes, rally staff and align the organisation’s efforts towards these outcomes, empower the organisation with knowledge, systems, and structures towards achieving our goals and drive the timely and effective identification, analyses, mitigation, and monitoring of risks to our envisioned outcomes and the risks of our strategy towards these outcomes.

You will work to continuously define and measure what our customers (both external and internal) value the most by making sense of quantitative datasets, qualitative insights, and emerging strategic issues. You will also support the identification, assessment, prioritisation, and management of emerging strategic issues and related risk, as well as map the interconnectivity of risks.

To rally the organisation behind the strategy, you will design and implement engagement platforms and tools such as town halls, management conversations, workshops, training programme(s), planning guidance and performance measurements. You will also drive the agenda and provide secretarial support for LTA’s risk management meetings to help build a positive risk culture that enables proactive management of corporate risks and continuous improvement for optimal effectiveness.

- Must be a strong communicator and able to prepare and deliver clear written, verbal, and visual arguments to senior management (e.g. presentation, papers, and communications materials)
- P ossess ability to build consensus across different functions and stakeholders
- P ossess a growth mindset, in that you enjoy learning different perspectives, unlearning own perspectives, and ability to adopt new ones
- A self-directed learner who is motivated to become an expert in his/her role
- At least 2 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management, or Systems Thinking will be advantageous
- Experience in data analytics and data visualisation will be advantageous
- As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment
