Job Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverage and tea, other hot/iced beverages
- Prepare siphon coffee and other hand-crafted coffee and tea
- Create and develop new drinks recipes
- Maintain product taste and quality stability
- Monitor coffee bean and other supplies’ qualities
- Take order, prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain drink ware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
- Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing order
- Replenish items and ensure products are within the expiry period
- Housekeeping duties, maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness at all times
- Suggest and execute areas for continuous improvement within work area
- Share current work processes and procedures with supervisor during process improvement review
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and responds to customer needs
- Able to plan an efficient roster and manpower deployment
- Work with the team to ensure health supply of inventories, including ingredient purchase, quality control & stock count etc
- Support the team members in other roles where necessary
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Management

**Requirements**:

- Able to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to ensure café continue to operate normally
- Able to multitask effectively and handle different job tasks independently as well as in a team
- 5.5 day work week (work on alternate Saturday), Sunday is OFF day
- At least a N’ Level or ITE qualification, additional food hygiene / barista certification will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a café setting
- Responsible, pleasant and good interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
