Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

As a product manager on our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on in-app safety features, technical strategies to improve the safety of our search product. You will also work on project management to deliver major Trust and Safety product changes. Travel between our global offices is expected.

What will I be doing?
- Safeguard the content ecosystem of our short-video platforms and be devoted in creating a better online environment for the sake of product safety, creativity, and interaction via continuously improving our product features and strategies;
- Take both quantitative and qualitative approaches to understand user interactions on comments section and direct message to identify harmful trends in the online community, draft relevant product strategies, provide proper user guidance, and reduce the impacts of harmful contents and ill-behaved users on our platforms;
- Distill and abstract key learnings from past experience, dive deep into finding the balance point between business growth and community safety, and extend the values of T&S.

What should I bring with me?
- 2+ years' experience in online product/strategies, and experience in safety/risk management/anti-spam/recommendation is preferred;
- Be able to quickly identify underlying issues, conduct root cause analysis,
- Make the call on the feasibility and potential of different solutions;
- Be capable of project management and coordination, collaborate closely with key partners (R&D, Product Design, etc.), and ensure all product schemes are rolled out effectively and efficiently;
- Data-savvy, strong at data analytics, and familiarity with sql is a plus;
