SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL EXECUTIVE
- Reporting to the Project Associate/Director on all matters pertaining to design, technical & building code issues
- Assists the Project Associate/Architect to execute the overall design and management strategy within the Project Team (Design and Project Management) and assists to maintain the Project Quality Plan File ( ISO 9002 )
- Assists the Project Associate in all coordination works, provides leadership and co-ordinates the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives
- Maintains regular interfacing with external and internal members of Project Team
- Maintains the overall project time-line by closely monitoring the Team’s output and making regular assessment of progress in meeting declared objectives
- May assist to chair Client/Consultants Meetings and Technical Coordination Meetings.
- Assists the Project Associate/Architect on Conceptual & Detail Design Development
- CAD or Manual Drafting of Sketch Drawings.
- Directing the Technical Officer on Compliance with Planning and Building Regulation.
- Directing the Technical Officer on the Preparation & Submission of Forms, Plans and Information required by Authorities for Approval & TOP/CSC.
- Liaising with Consultants on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.
- Conducting Site Inspections on matters of design & technical co-ordination issues and building regulations.
- Directing the Architectural Co-ordinators in the co-ordination, organisation & preparation of Construction Documents and Drawings.
- Preparing drafts of Material specifications and schedule of finishes.
- Liaising with Suppliers & Contractors.
- Checking Design, Submission, Consultants & Contractors Shop Drawings.
- Directing the Technical Officer, Architectural Co-coordinator & Project Secretary on their respective information management matters.

In addition, during the Design Stage of the project may also be required to do the following:

- Preparing architectural / interior illustrations and renderings (manual and computer generated) under the supervision of the Project Director /Associate/Architect.
- Assist the Project Director and Project Architect in preparing architectural / interior illustrations and renderings (manual and computer generated) and page layouts publications and reports for the Company.
- CAD or Manual Drafting of Sketch Drawings.
- Keeping records of and organising
- _ Design and working drawings._
- _ Design information and details._
- _ Materials and product information and data._
- Assisting Technical Co-ordinator in Authorities submission matters.
- Designing architectural & building details under the supervision of the Project Architect.
- Report to the Project Architect on all the aforementioned matters
