**Job Summary**:Under limited supervision, responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site. All of which can include but are not limited to collecting & receiving laundry (smock, hood & booties), Point of Use replenishment (Consumerable & Laundry), Garment inspection, maintenance of hanger space within customer gowning rooms.

Must be cognizant of and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety regulatory requirements.

Reporting and customer interaction are typical of a routine nature.

Provide constant updates of the changes to site job scope within the team.

Need to support two sites on an alternate day

Required to work on the weekend (Saturday)
**MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)**:

- Point of use replenishment of laundry & Consumable items
- Collection of used garments
- Inspection of used garments to identify any damage and arrange for repair
- Collection of glove usage data at the point of use and adding it to tracking log
- Receive inbound shipments from the Customer warehouse, unboxing of carton boxes, and transfer to Gowning storeroom
- Responsible for preparing weekly goods indent to stock up gowning room supply to use.
- Manage Customer’s database of Booties assignments
- Informing of any damaged garments being returned as truly damaged items to the customer
- Daily inspections of inventory & soil bins check to avoid overflow
- Review and acknowledge Packaging list from warehouse
- Ordering new garments as needed or any special sizes
- Mapping out garment locations for training aids
- Coordinate with 3rd party vendor and customer for any garment issues or concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned. Comply with customer changes to the replenishment of POU level.
- To support the training of Avantor Services On-site Coordinators/Customer End-users
- Manage the SOP and update accordingly to any changes

**QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience, and Certifications)**
- GCE ’N’ or ‘O’ Level
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in handling inventory
- Proven experience in handling customer issues
- Experience in Cleanroom environment (Class 10, Class 10k)
- Environmental Health Safety knowledge is a plus

- Must have basic knowledge about workplace safety procedures
- High regard for safety, quality, and adherence to protocols, policies, and procedures
- High customer service mindset with good communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Meticulous and show attention to details
- Have a “can-do” attitude and willingness to be hands-on
- Persistency and urgency in following up and ensuring timely executions

**ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)**

Typically works in a Cleanroom environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Routine job scope to support customer multiple gowning locations in a site.

physical effort is required. Work mostly requires walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 25kg.
