**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Responsible for generating and following through sales leads
- Experienced in identifying new business opportunities and channels by prospecting potential customers and partners
- Able to promote our solutions & Services to new building projects
- Establish rapport with consultants, contractors, owners, operators, etc
- Able to prepare sales quotations and preferably can interpret technical drawings
- Identify upcoming projects, newly awarded projects and prioritize sales potential
- Prepare presentations and develop solutions for potential clients

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering or related field
- Min 2 years Relevant experience in construction industry-related sales
- Proactive, independent, good team player and sales hungry
- Able to travel and work on overseas assignments

**Salary**: Up to $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
