Responsibilities
- research projections and orders.
- Create delivery strategies.
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery commitments.
- Work with the Production department to internally coordinate the delivery plans.
- Review outputs and production status.
- To ensure delivery commitment, analyze delays and interruptions, talk about them, and find a solution with the production department.
- Compile a material plan.
- To prevent shortages and excesses, advise Purchasing on how much and when the materials are needed.
- Raise complicated problems to the Program Manager's level for resolution.
- Record delivery actions and schedules in reports.

Requirement
- ‘Diploma, ‘A’ level, or ‘O’ level with related experience.
- Past working experience in plastic injection moulding environment will be an added advantage.
