IT Helpdesk Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide support on mobile devices [ Android, iOS ], computer devices [Windows, Mac ] and Retail Shop POS System
- Set up of Virtual servers using Hypervisor and VMware environment
- Set up and administration for Office 365
- Basic network troubleshooting and firewall administration
- Developing and implementing policy related to information security and privacy concerns
- Managing Microsoft Active Directory

Job Requirements:

- With Engineering or Information Technology experience will be an added advantage
- Be independent, meticulous, a team player and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant with good working attitude
- Working days: 5 Days [ Mon - Fri ]
- Working location: Macpherson
