Telesales Executive

**About us**

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Connect with existing customers to upsell and promote upgrade of account
- Cold calling to acquire new accounts - real estate agents
- Answering customer's enquiry on products and features
- Keying in customer information, processing payment, and account activation
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders on progress of calls periodically

**Qualifications**:

- Prior relevant experience in telemarketing/tele sales is advantageous
- Objection handling skills
- Ability to be creative in their daily conversations and keep users engaged
- Sense of empathy and ability to relate to users
- Able to communicate in professional and efficient manner in English
- Outgoing personality, highly motivated and independent individual

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
