The student, as part of the AP BE recruitment team for recruitment activities for exempt and non exempt hiring positions.

In your new role you will:

- **Support end-to-end recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt hiring**.
- To support on new hire orientation.
- To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.
- **Proactively participate in recruitment and branding activities**.

**Internship Learning Outcomes**:

- **Comprehend the role of Talent Acquisition in a multinational corporation**, including the strategies and initiatives employed to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- **Learn to be Recruitment Researcher**to attract both internal and external talents.
- **Enhance interpersonal and communication skills**, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Currently studying in Bachelor in Business / HR/ Social Sciences or related field of studies.
- Internship period : Jan 2025 to June 2025.
- **Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint,Excel and Word Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous**.Knowlegde in applicant tracking system, processes and local laws, e.g., ATS or social business networks is highly advantageous.
