Regional Programme Manager

You will have prior experience working within a PMO providing oversight and / or delivering capital projects to single Clients (and be able to draw on previous project management experience of projects valued between $2m and $5m USD.)

Project / Program Operations

Roles and Responsibilities

Act in the capacity of a Programme Manager to be the single point of contact and manage a Program Management Office (PMO) for projects in Singapore.

**The role of the Program Manager includes**:
Act as the single point of contact to manage and co-ordinate various work streams involved in delivering the consolidation program of work. This includes third party project delivery teams, change management consultants, the Client’s internal business functions, Facility Managers and others.

Develop and sustain relationships with Stakeholders and Workstream Leads within the Client organization, reviewing and advising on budget and schedule matters related to the programme.

Assist in the development of s annual Capital plan with Client’s CRE lead, including definition of project scope, scale and budget for incorporation into Client’s Capital Planning tools, and proactively manages same throughout the capital planning cycle.

Prepare forecasts for project expenditures and assist in the definition of scope and schedule and its management to meet Client objectives.

Spearhead Client’s process for business approval in the region, review before formal submission into Client’s systems. Advise on capital expenditure and support funding approval requests.

Where JLL are the Project Manager, identify, develop, and gather key resources to lead the individual projects, providing support onboarding of project specific resource

Manage internal project communications across workstreams, including the interface between projects and the business.

Provide a transparent and coordinated program governance structure.

Drive the Implementation of the Client’s standards across work streams, driving consistency and continuous improvement.

Managing and coordinating migration planning.

Oversee the collection, consolidation and analysis of program and project data to drive effective decision making

Ensure that changes to scope or budget are reported on and managed in compliance with Client procedures.

Guide Project Managers and ensure they deliver projects to specification, on time and in budget with the required standards for construction and data quality. Ensure that the Project Manager’s report accurately on the status of the project and project finances

Participate in program, change control and risk management reviews at an agreed cadence.

Be familiar with and manage centralized coordinated progress, budget and risk reporting at a programme level across workstreams

Review and manage existing performance management frameworks associated with vendors (consultants, contractors and suppliers

Attend meetings (including senior leadership steering meetings) and be responsible for preparing/producing minutes, PowerPoint presentations and reports as required.

Capturing of "Lessons Learned" from similar proiects.

Ensure structured handover and close out of projects including documentation to relevant stakeholders such as FM, Finance etc

Be an advocate for and assures compliance of Health and Safety best practice with JLL and Client policy
