**Responsibilities**:

- **Device Monitoring and Troubleshooting**: Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot bus and rail Automated Fare Collection (AFC) devices by reviewing device logs and data.
- **Data Interpretation and Reporting**: Use statistical techniques to interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports.
- **Complex Data Handling**: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- **Data Visualization**: Create visual representations of data to derive insightful information.
- **Predictive Maintenance**: Analyze trends to detect system degradation and suggest predictive maintenance schedules.
- **Clear Communication**: Present findings clearly and translate data into understandable documents.
- **Collaboration**: Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- **Strategic Development**: Develop strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and define new opportunities for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Technical Skills**: Expertise in data models, database design, data mining, clustering, and segmentation techniques.
- **Tools and Programming**: Proficiency with reporting packages (e.g., Cognos), databases (e.g., SQL), and programming languages (e.g., Python/R and ETL frameworks).
- **Python Libraries**: Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Dash, Bokeh, and Matplotlib.
- **Statistical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical packages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, Python).
- **Data Visualization**: Ability to create dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI. Hands-on experience with Tableau Server (publishing workbooks and administration settings).
- **Additional Skills**: Knowledge of Java, C/C++, and RTOS QNX is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant expertise and interests are also encouraged to apply.
- **Education**: Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Management, or Statistics.
