Our client is a world-renowned attraction that offers breathtaking panoramic views of Singapore's cityscape and beyond.

They are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Part-Time Ushers.

As a Usher, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests visiting. You will be responsible for guiding guests, providing information, and ensuring their safety throughout their visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude, creating a positive first impression.
- Guide and direct guests to the appropriate queue and boarding areas for the Attraction experience.
- Communicate safety guidelines and protocols to guests, ensuring compliance for a safe experience.
- Address guest inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and occasional evenings.
