- Manage academic-related events for graduate students, as well as programme outreach, publicity, orientation and adhoc student events.
- Provide support in the administration of postgraduate degree programmes and initiatives including admissions, student academic matters, curriculum administration, course registration matters, course scheduling, examination matters, etc.
- Assist in budget preparations and projections, and management of programme funding matters.
- Involve in implementation of curriculum and policies.
- Consolidation and preparation of data and statistics, and drafting of reports or proposals, etc
- Any other duties assigned
**Qualifications**
- Possess a bachelor’s degree, with at least 6 years of relevant administrative work experience
- Prior experience in working for an educational institution is preferred
- Possess positive attitude. meticulous and able to multi-task
- A good team player who is proactive, self-motivated and well-organized with the ability to work well under pressure as well as tight deadlines
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication skills
- IT/System savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
