Provide excellent customer service
- Assist to manage F&B outlet operations
- Interact with customers and ensure quality services provided
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet
- Ensure products and displays are consistently well presented
- Manage outlet documentation
- Any other duties as assigned

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B / Retail industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to work retail hours; 6 days a week
- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
- Complete progressive training program will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $2,750.00 per month
