Singapore APEX COSMECEUTICAL INDUSTRY PTE LTD Full time

To ensure Product Packaging Artwork meet the specifications.
- To help QC Manager on conducting quality inspection for In-coming packaging and raw material to ensure they conform to specifications.
- To generate report for in-coming packaging and raw material defect.
- To generate shipping documents for finished product.
- To monitor and fulfilling the scheduled equipment maintenance.
- To monitor and collect all QC Retention Samples.
- To coordinate with Apex Malaysia on any QC, shipping and product registration related matters.
- To coordinate and collaborate with designer on any packaging material matters.
- To conduct Product Registration/Product Notification for all existing and new product registration for Malaysia(NPRA) and HSA(Singapore).
- To Travel form and to Singapore / Malaysia for any ad-hoc duties.
- To be involve on Apex Malaysia’s GMP Documentation and Audit.
- To identify, isolate and report any defective products, packaging and raw material, and highlight variances/defects to Quality Control Manager.
