**The Role**

**Make an impact. **Partnering with stakeholders from a wide range of industries, you create software solutions that fit the needs of the client's domain and business. In these complex organizations, you take a holistic view, integrating the required technical, organizational and business aspects, creating value with a customer-centric approach.**

As an expert in the MERN stack, you strive to uplift teams by using the right methodologies and technology tools. **Your Talent**
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of work experience, working with different methodologies and architectures
- Hands-on experience with (or with variations of) MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
- Experience with building and deploying your solutions, for example in cloud environments like GCP, Azure, AWS
- Strong understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies
- Communication skills that allow you to coordinate between business and technical stakeholders
- Openness and proactiveness allowing you to respond to changes with agility, while learning in the process
- Working proficiency in written and spoken English language
- Experience in leading teams and in contributing to the overall strategy and direction of a project is a plus
