The purpose of Interface manager is to plan and manage the project interface coordination for installation of topsides from onshore to offshore.

**Responsibilities**:

- IM shall prepare the schedule and oversee the T&I activities as per project specifications and procedures
- IM shall manage the subordinates' staff in the day - to day activities and that project goals are met as per budget.
- IM shall coordinates with several departments related to T&I of project
- IM shall supervise the performance of his team and should respond to the issues during T&I.
- IM shall attend the project meetings and update the status
- Liaise and review the T&I companies' regarding transportation and installation process, approach and time-lines to de-risk changes to schedule.
- IM develop and drive the logistics concepts for project from conception to completion.

**Requirements**:

- Degree Holder ( Preferably in Engineering)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as document controller in oil & gas or similar industry
- Good Experience in EPC projects for Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewable & System
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power Point
- Adequate skill in written and spoken English
- Positive working attitude
- Fast leaner
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Willing to commit overtime
