Our client is an international real estate developer with international presence. We are recruiting for a Group Investments Manager role within the Group Investments Office.

This role is a strategic role to support the Group Investments team in the implementation of the group's financial strategies and investment projects, by managing the financial matters, assists in identifying and acting on potential opportunities, negotiating deals, and leading pitches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in merger & acquisition (M&A), fund raising and Investments related projects.
- Offers advice to management and stakeholders on a large set of financial matters such as merger and acquisition initiatives, potential opportunities, and financial due diligence, management of capital etc.
- Participate in due diligence, present findings and impact, deal negotiations, funding, settlement and closing.
- Prepare deal structuring and legal documentation.
- Gather, analyze and report financial data of potential deals.
- Assess the funds and working capital required, assist in fund-raising, and actively manage our working capital.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with banks and funding institutions.
- Participate in strategic planning to determine the financial viability of potential deals and projects.
- Ensure the efficient management of the group's investment resources.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics/ or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years in corporate finance or financial sector.
- Familiarity with SGX rules preferred.
- Excellent financial analytics, modelling and benchmarking skills.
- Good knowledge of corporate financing, investment principles, fund raising and M&A.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, including preparation of presentation materials.
- Good business acumen, self-motivated and ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Able to operate with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
