Accounts Receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform AR
- E-submission of sales invoice for Supermarket
- Update/offset receipts from customers
- Ensure timely submission of Statement of Account
- Monitor & follow up with customers on collection
- Liaise with sales team/customer service on billing & CN issues
- Support Customer master maintenance & account creation in accounting system
- Support maintenance of price book for Customers
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and yearly stock count
- Assist in other ad
- hoc duties as & when required
**Job Requirements**
- At least LCCI or any other Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge in Navision system will be an advantage
- Proficient in Excel
- Positive and Hardworking
