**Your key responsibilities**:

- Create and develop flavor blocks, delivery systems for use in various savory flavor blends.
- Optimize flavor block formulations for cost efficiency and product performance.
- Validate product performance by sensory evaluation.
- Ensure detailed documentation of formulations, processes, and testing results.
- Collaborate with the pilot and production teams for technology transfer. Assist flavorists on development of reactive and proactive projects.
- Preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment (reactor, spray dryer, etc), and maintain a safe, clean and organized laboratory environment observing EH&S policies.
- Manage the raw material stock level and database (quantity, expiry date, re-order date, location) to support an efficient running of daily work within the laboratory

**You bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in savory flavor development.
- Good understanding of ingredients and processes for savory flavors.
- Creative, Open-Minded, and Results-Driven: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to seasoning formulations, while maintaining a systematic approach to problem-solving, embracing new challenges, and adapting to dynamic environments for continuous growth and improvement.
