As an Infant care Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional infant care training to new mommies or caregivers while providing guidance support and demonstration. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of our clients, enabling them to handle daily baby care routine.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars to infant care staff on topics such as infant health and safety, developmental milestones, nutrition, hygiene, and caregiving techniques.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning and facilitate skill development our clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in infant care practices and standards.
- Stay abreast of current best practices, guidelines, and regulations related to infant care and incorporate them into training programs as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, performance evaluations, and follow-up assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback for reporting purposes. Act as a resource person for infant care staff, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on matters related to infant care and development.
**Requirements**:
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in infant care, pediatrics, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of infant care practices, health, safety, and development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Patient, empathetic, and compassionate attitude towards infants and their families. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
