As part of the Corporate Finance Eastern Hemisphere department in Offshore Production, you will work alongside experienced professionals in corporate finance, providing support on various investment opportunities and financial activities.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as business development, projects, operations, accounting, tax, and legal teams. Manage due diligence processes internally and externally.
- Participate in due diligence procedures, analyze financial and relevant data, structure and execute financing deals, and manage the closing process working with both internal and external parties.
- Contribute to building accurate financial and valuation models, preparing reports, presentations, and ensuring effective communication.
- Support daily operations, projects, data management, and engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Passionate about corporate and project finance, investment banking, or private equity. Experience in financing infrastructure and/or offshore oil and gas projects is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of accounting, legal, tax, and finance, advanced knowledge in investment analysis, international energy and financial markets.
- Proficiency in financial modelling using Microsoft Excel, advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, ability to produce well-structured written materials.
- Systematic problem-solving approach, solution-oriented with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, proactive, hands-on, team player with strong engagement skills, able to work within deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or equivalent from a recognized university; postgraduate degree or professional qualifications like CFA are advantageous.- If you want to team up with us as we dream and stride towards a better tomorrow - we would love to hear from you
