This is your opportunity to join our dynamic Global Supply Chain Compliance team as a Purchasing Compliance Manager, providing leadership, strategic mentorship, expertise, and services to ensure process and product quality for Global Procurement.

**Responsibilities**:
Here, you'll implement your vision by redefining broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects, be responsible for the design and delivery of new programs and provide solutions to sophisticated, high-impact issues. In this role, you will:

- Establish, maintain, review, and improve Agilent’s Procurement programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations, consistent with corporate objectives and internal policies and procedures.
- Lead and maintain Global Procurement compliance-focused processes, ensuring full compliance with applicable financial, legal, trade, and regulatory requirements. Lead routine monitoring and improvement projects to improve compliance and adapt to business needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members to assure Agilent Global Procurement operational compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Medical Device regulations, per-country and global customs and trade regulations, and other regulations as applicable.
- Support the resolution of critical Procurement and Purchasing Controls compliance issues.
- Raise compliance awareness through training and communication - Work independently and exert strong leadership and decision-making skills.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically, 5+ years of validated experience for entry to this level.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the job and ability to work independently.
- Over 5 years of experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Purchasing role with managerial experience.
- Proven understanding of ISO 9001 certification standards, audit methods, and quality improvement tools required. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and Medical Device regulations is helpful. Understanding of Purchasing Controls compliance and trade regulations desired.
- Experience with ERP systems for inventory management and management of purchasing processes.
- Requires excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Must display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to function optimally within the team.
- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects at the same time.
- Requires leadership & collaborative transformation/organizational change skills.

**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
