**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Windows and Virtualization Support Engineer** to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including VMware, CyberArk, and AWS, while contributing to critical infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **design, implementation, and maintenance** of Windows server and virtualization environments.
- ** Manage and optimize** VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and related technologies.
- Oversee the administration of **Critical Infrastructure systems**, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement **automation strategies** using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell scripting.
- Manage and maintain **identity and access management solutions**, including CyberArk.
- Lead the **migration of on-premises workloads to AWS** cloud environments.
- Provide **technical leadership and mentorship** to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain **comprehensive documentation** for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in **on-call rotations** and provide support for critical incidents.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to deliver IT projects and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ** Minimum 5 years** of experience in **Windows server administration** and **virtualization technologies**.
- Strong expertise in **VMware technologies**, including vSphere and vCenter.
- Experience managing **Critical Infrastructure systems**.
- Proficiency in **automation and scripting**, particularly with **Ansible and PowerShell**.
- Hands-on experience with **identity and access management solutions**, preferably CyberArk.
- Knowledge of **AWS cloud services** and **migration strategies**.
- Strong understanding of **networking concepts and technologies**.
- Experience with **monitoring and performance tuning** of Windows environments.
- Excellent **problem-solving and analytical skills**.
- Strong **communication and leadership abilities**.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., **MCSE, VCP, AWS certifications**) are preferred.
