- Develop, implement and improve the new product quality by ensuring product specifications are met
- Interface with customers on product quality issues during development stage
- Perform qualification test and failure analysis for new projects assigned
- Perform first product inspection and line audit before sample build
- Collaborate with Engineering team on any design issues
- Study and improve new product quality yield for each status of sample

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience with new product quality handling and control from development stage until mass production
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Willing to perform overtime
