Fund Operations Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for daily fund operations management, including accounting, reporting, and investment transaction processing;
2. Track and monitor the risks and returns of fund investments, ensuring the implementation of investment strategies;
3. Stay updated with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry, collaborate closely with the research team, and provide operational support;
4. Responsible for fund compliance matters, ensuring fund operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations;
5. Maintain relationships with external partners, such as custodians and auditors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, or a related field;
2. At least 3 years of experience in fund or financial institution operations management, with a background in the cryptocurrency industry preferred;
3. Familiarity with fund operation processes, financial products, and investment tools;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members;
5. Strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry, with a willingness to learn and explore industry trends.
