**Responsibilities**:

- Assist business departments and stakeholders in identifying and clarifying project requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and understand the organization's business processes, identifying potential improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to provide insights and trend analysis that support decision-making.
- Write detailed requirement documents, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, etc., to ensure the development team understands and implements project requirements.
- Maintain communication with business departments, project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding and alignment of project requirements and objectives.
- Assist with user training and support to ensure that users can effectively utilize new systems or tools.
- Participate in the formulation and execution of testing strategies to ensure that the delivered solution meets business requirements and quality standards.
- Manage change requests for the project, assess the impact of changes, and track their implementation.
- Provide support to project managers by assisting in project planning, progress tracking, and risk management.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of the industry or domain in which you work to understand business needs and processes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, process analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of fundamental information technology concepts to work effectively with technical teams.
- Familiarity with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies to collaborate within project teams.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex business issues.
- Willingness to learn new business domains and technologies to adapt to changing environments.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or CBAP) is a plus.

**Experience Level**:
Junior level (2-4 years of experience): up to SGD 5,500
Mid-level (5-7 years of experience): up to SGD 8,000
Senior Level (8+ years of experience): up to SGD 10,000

**Salary**: Up to $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 059818
